Create your Custom Shooting Workouts

Thanks to the basketball shooting workouts that we obtained from observing Derrick Rose of the Chicago Bulls in practice, Basketball Shooting Workouts was able to derive a generic template that basketball players can use in their practice.

In order to use this template to make your own customized shooting plan, follow these steps:

1. Pick 6 exercises from the Basketball Exercises page

2. Balance out the exercises by picking 2 exercises of each category, namely Form Shooting, Repetition Shots and Game Speed Practice.

3. Get out to the court and play!

Here is a sample idea on how to use the exercises to create your own regimen:
